| For those who would like to help or donate Your help is needed to solicit donations for this year’s auction, as well as solicit advertising for the auction book. Below is a letter for you to use when soliciting donations from your service providers, employers, etc. Please be sure to attach the donation form with the donated item or service and a form for those wishing to place an ad in the auction book. | Join School Families, Administration and Staff for a fun filled night. The school auction is our biggest fund raiser. December 2, 2011 Tickets will be available within the next month for a discounted price of $40.00 per ticket until November 14th. Tickets sold after that date are $45.00 per ticket. You ticket presented at the door gains entry into a exciting night with family and friends. Dinner is provided. Silent auction items are on display and available for bids from 6 pm until 9 pm. Live auction items will be auctioned off following dessert. Several Live auction items include: K - Grade individual classroom projects completed by the students Classroom projects done by both the 3 yr and 4 yr old Preschool students PTO project donation School Staff project donation Red Wing, Piston tickets Ms. Meiring's Special Donation plus many more items |
